We understand that often things may not seem as clear as we intend them to be.

Below are some of the questions that we have been asked, together with answers that have been found to be helpful

 

When does Registration take place?

Registration is from 08.30 You will be given a Name badge, and will be able to register for the workshop you wish to attend. Refreshments will be available until the start of conference at 09.45, it will run until 16.30

How do I book and how much is it?

Book your place for £25 using the CBK secure online webshop  (temporaraly disabled). You can pay by Debit / Credit card, Paypal, by Cheque or BACs on this secure site.

Cash payment will NOT be available.

Can I buy tickets on the day of the conference?

The event is Pre-Bookable only, through the CBK webshop (temporarily disabled). You can pay securely by Debit / Credit card, Paypal, by Cheque or BACs .

Cash payment will NOT be available.

You will NOT be able to book on the day.

What do I need to bring for the beekeepers Pilates session ?

The session is designed to be accessible to all – No special clothing or equipment is required for this activity.  Leotards are banned!

How do I add a workshop to my booking?

Workshops are included in the booking, they are NOT Pre-bookable. You will be able to choose which one you wish to attend, at Registration, on a first come first served basis.

Can I reserve a Tradestand ?

Can my organization/employer  become a conference sponsor?

We welcome any sponsorship for this event. You can donate securely by Debit / Credit card, Paypal, by Cheque or BACs, please vist our webshop (Temporarily disabled) or contact Brian Spencer chair@chelmsfordbeekeepers.com

Is the event being held indoors? What if it’s raining?

The Conference and associated workshops will be held indoors, however if you are planning to do the “Guided tour of the School” please be aware that this will include areas outdoors.

What services are available for special needs and requests?

The Venue is designed to be accessible to all, however if you have any particular requirements please contact ebka2020@chelmsfordbeekeepers.com we will liaise with the Venue.

Do I have to tell you about my dietary requirements ?

Lunch is a 2-course, self-service meal offering a wide range of hot and cold choices with plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. The menu is designed to cater for all tastes and preferences, including vegans, vegetarian and lactose intolerance, however if you have any particular requirements please contact ebka2020@chelmsfordbeekeepers.com we will liaise with the Venue.

Is there free parking ?

Ample Free parking is available at the Venue and will be well signposted.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Bookings are non-refundable.

In the event of a Total Event Cancellation, Essex beekeepers Association will make an announcement giving further details.
